We need to carry out emergency maintenance on the CNR Reseller platform tomorrow, Thursday, 5 November, from 10:00 to 10:30 CET (09:00–09:30 UTC), to apply important security updates. These updates can’t wait for a regular maintenance window, so we’re giving you as much notice as we can.
What to expect: The platform will remain available throughout the entire window. However, individual connections may be briefly interrupted. If a session or API connection drops, simply reconnect and carry on – no action beyond reconnecting is needed.
Scope: This affects the whole CNR system. OTE, vSERVER and DNS resolution are not affected and will continue to operate as normal.
